NPTC Group of Colleges has a proud history of delivering quality education for more than 170 years since its first college was established in 1843. The Group provides education and training to thousands of students across Wales via nine campuses and offers an extensive range of qualifications from A-Levels to a strong vocational portfolio of programs from Level One to Higher Diplomas and Degrees.
EngageCRM UK has been working with the Business Development Unit to deliver a dynamic CRM system for the team to centralise multiple data streams incoming Calls, Tasks, Proposals and Course Management.
The Business Development Unit is responsible for all incoming Calls into NPTC and they needed a simple to use system that would allow users to quickly log calls, set Tasks for staff in multiple departments.

We have organised all our processes using the CRM system, having gone from utilising multiple spreadsheets into one central database with full support throughout.
This has improved productivity, organisational processes and fundamentally our client relationships.
EngageCRM have helped us change every element of the Business Development Unit (BDU), from how we take a call, through to how we support our customers and now, the EngageCRM team have become an extension of the BDU.
